RU-74-68 THE CITY OF NEW YORK -------------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION An agreement for determination of representation by check-off having been executed by the parties herein, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board of Certification that the Supervisor of Traffic Safety Education employed by the City of New York has demonstrated his desire to be represented for the purposes of collective bargaining by City Employees Union, Local 237, I.B.T., by having authorized checkoff of dues in behalf of said organization, And the parties having further stipulated, subject to the approval of the Board, that said employee should become part of the unit for which Petitioner is the certified collective bargaining representative (CWR No. 78-67), presently consisting of Information Assistants, Public Relations Assistants, and Editorial Assistants, NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that City-wide Certification CWR No. 78-67, be, and the same hereby is amended to include the title of Supervisor of Traffic Safety Education.
