RU-86-69 THE CITY OF NEW YORK -------------------------------------x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION An agreement for determination of representative by checkoff having been executed by the parties herein, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board of Certification that a majority of the Police Trainees (P.D.) employed by the City of New York have demonstrated their desire to be represented for the purposes of collective bargaining by Patrolmen's Benevolent Association by having authorized checkoff of dues in behalf of said organization, And the parties having further stipulated that said employees should become part of the unit for which Petitioner is the certified collective bargaining representative (Decision No. 54-68) presently consisting of Patrolmen and Policewomen,

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby 0 R D E R E D , that Certification No. 54-68 be, and the same hereby is amended to include the title of Police Trainee (P.D.).
