And the parties having further stipulated that said employees should become part of the unit for which Petitioner is the certified collective bargaining representative (Decision No. 6-68 as amended by Decision No. 72-68), presently consisting of Law Assistants II and Chief Law Assistants, NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certification No. 6-68 (as amended by Decision No. 72-68) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the title of Law Assistant Trainee.
