RE-152-84 DISTRICT COUNCIL 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO -------------------------------- X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the vacant and obsolete titles of Furniture Maintainer (Metal Work), Furniture Maintainer (Upholstery), and Supervisor Furniture Maintainer (Upholstery) should be deleted from Certification No. 40-74 (as amended), covering various skilled crafts (prevailing rate) titles; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 40-74 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended by deleting therefrom the titles of Furniture Maintainer (Metal Work), Furniture Maintainer (Upholstery), and Supervisor Furniture Maintainer (Upholstery), subject to existing contracts, if any.
