RU-926-84 THE CITY OF NEW YORK ------------------------------- x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the new titles of Market Agent and Associate Market Agent should be substituted for the reclassified titles of Inspector of Ports and Terminals and Principal Inspector of Ports and Terminals in Certification No. 37-78 (as amended); NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 37-78 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended by substituting the titles of Market Agent and Associate Market Agent for those of Inspector of Ports and Terminals and Principal Inspector of Ports and Terminals, subject to existing contracts, if any.
