RU-924-84 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK -------------------------------------- x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the new titles of Medical Record Specialist, Associate Medical Record Specialist, and Supervising Medical Record Specialist should be substituted for the obsolete titles of Medical Record Librarian, Senior Medical Record Librarian, and Supervising Medical Record Librarian in Certification No. 28-78 (as amended); NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 28-78 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended by substituting the titles of Medical Record Specialist, Associate Medical Record Specialist, and Supervising Medical Record Specialist for those of Medical Record Librarian, Senior Medical Record Librarian, and Supervising Medical Record Librarian, subject to
