RU-913-84 RU-915-84 THE CITY OF NEW YORK ------------------------------- x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the new titles of Police Attendant and Watershed Maintainer should be substituted for the reclassified titles of Police Attendant (Male), Police Attendant (Female), and Watershed Inspector in Certification No. 38B-78 (as amended); NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 38B-78 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended by substituting the titles of Police Attendant and Watershed Maintainer for those of Police Attendant (Male), Police Attendant (Female), and Watershed Inspector, subject to existing contracts, if any.
