RU-901-83 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS -------------------------------- x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the titles of Assistant Media Services Technician and Media Services Technician should be added, by accretion, to Certification No. 63-75 (as amended by Decision No. 13-81), presently covering the titles of Motion Picture Operator, Audio-Visual Aid Technician, Senior Audio-Visual Aid Technician, and Video Project Director; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 63-75 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the titles of Assistant media Services Technician and Media Services Technician, subject to existing contracts, if any.
