RU-898-83 THE CITY OF NEW YORK ------------------------------- x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having stipulated in writing, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the title of Supervising Human Resources Specialist (Employment Development and Training) should be substituted in Certification No. 37-78 for the obsolete title of Supervising Human Resources Specialist (Manpower Development and Training), in order to reflect the recent reclassification of these titles; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 37-78 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended by substituting the title of Supervising Human Resources Specialist (Employment Development and Training) for that of Supervising Human Resources Specialist Manpower Development and Training), subject to existing contracts, if any.
