RU-895-83 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS -------------------------------- x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the title of Supervising Refrigeration Service Technican should be added to Certification No. 67-78, covering various stock, custodial, inspection, maintenance, skilled crafts, and related titles including Refrigeration Service Mechanic; AND it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that a majority of employees in the unit as amended herein have authorized check-off of dues in behalf of Petitioner; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 67-78 be, and the same hereby is amended to include the title of Supervising Refrigeration Service Technican, subject to existing contracts, if any.
