It appears from the Report Upon Secret Ballot that a majority of the Staff Nurses, Nurse-Midwives, Nurse Practitioners, Assistant Head Nurses, Head Nurses, and Supervisors of Nurses, casting valid ballots in the election, voted in favor of representation by New York State Nurses Association; and no objections have been filed within the time provided therefor; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the

RU-858-82 Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby CERTIFIED that New York State Nurses Association is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all Staff Nurses, Nurse-Midwives, Nurse Practitioners, Assistant Head Nurses, Head Nurses, and Supervisors of Nurses, employed by the City of New York and related public employers subject to the jurisdiction of the Board of Certification, subject to existing contracts, if any.
