City Employees Union, Local 237, IBT, the certified unit representative, has received due notice, and has not filed any objection. Moreover, our investigation confirms Petitioners allegations. Accordingly, we shall grant the Citys petition. 0 R D E R NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby * This Certification covers a maintenance, stock, skilled crafts, inspection, and related unit, consisting of sixty titles.
Decision No. 26-82 2 Docket No. RE-140-82 ORDERED that Certification No. 67-78 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended by deleting therefrom the titles of Maintenance Man Trainee and Senior Foreman (Traffic Device Maintenance), subject to existing contracts, if any.
