City Employees Union, Local 237, IBT, the certified unit representative, has received due notice, and has not filed any objection. Moreover, our investigation confirms Petitioner’s allegations. Accordingly, we shall grant the City’s petition. 0 R D E R NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby * This Certification covers a maintenance, stock, skilled crafts, inspection, and related unit, consisting of sixty titles.
