Local 300, The Civil Service Forum, SEIU, AFL-CIO, the certified unit representative, and Public Service Professional Association, the petitioner for this unit, 3 have received due notice, and have not filed any objection. Moreover, our investigation confirms petitioner’s allegations. Accordingly, we shall grant the City’s petition. 1 There is one Senior Purchase Inspector (Repairs and Supplies) employed by the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation. 2 This Certification covers a residual unit, consisting of more than a hundred titles (including specialties). 3 In Docket No. RU-860-82.
Decision No. 25-82 2 Docket No. RE-139-82 NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certification No. 64-78 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended by substituting therein “Senior Purchase Inspector (Repairs and Supplies) [in HHC only]” for “Senior Purchase Inspector (including all specialties)”, subject to existing contracts, if any.
