Allied Building Inspectors, Local 211, IUOE, AFL-CIO, the certified unit representative, has received due notice, and has not filed any objection. Moreover, our investigation confirms Petitioner’s allegations. Accordingly, we shall grant the City’s petition. * This Certification covers a building inspection and related unit, consisting of seventy-two titles.
Decision No. 24-82 2 Docket No. RE-136-82 0 R D E R NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certification No. 71-73 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended by deleting therefrom the titles listed in the Appendix to this Decision, subject to existing contracts, if any.
