RU-869-82 RE-135-82 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS ----------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the new titles of Inspector (Electrical) and Associate Inspector (Electrical), Levels I and II, should be substituted for the reclassified titles of Electrical Inspector, Senior Electrical Inspector and Supervising Electrical Inspector in Certification No. 15-71 (as amended); NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED, that Certification No. 15-71 be, and the same hereby is, further amended by substituting the titles of Inspector (Electrical) and Associate Inspector (Electrical), Levels I and II, for those of Electrical Inspector, Senior Electrical Inspector, and Supervising Electrical Inspector, subject to existing contracts, if any.
