The title Supervising Special Officer is already represented by the Union in this bargaining unit.

Our investigation shows that there are no employees currently serving in the Senior Special Officer and Hospital Security Officer titles. NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law (New York City Administrative Code, Title 12, Chapter 3), it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 67-78 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to delete the titles Senior Special Officer (Title Code Nos. 708150 and 70815) and Hospital Security Officer (Title Code No. 708300).
