Notice of this petition was given to the public and the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, and no objections or responses were filed. The Board of Certification is satisfied that no evidence was presented to rebut the Union’s assertion that Hemodialysis Patient Care Technicians have a sufficient community of interest with the members of the certified bargaining unit.
