RU-800-81 RU-802-81 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - x DECISION AND ORDER The petitions herein, filed on January 30 and February 13, 1981, respectively, by Civil Service Technical Guild, Local 375, District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, request, in the aggregate, that seven newly-created titles be added to Certification No. 26-78 (as previously amended), covering various engineering, scientific, and related titles. No objections or interventions have been received, and the City's Office of Municipal Labor Relations has not replied to several requests for its positions on these petitions. Our investigation shows that the petitioned-for titles share a community of interest with the titles in Certification No. 26-78 (as amended) and that the other requirements for accretion have been met. Accordingly, we shall grant these petitions. ORDER NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
Decision No. 9-81 Docket Nos. RU-800-81 RU-802-81 ORDERED that Certification No. 26-78 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the titles of Computer Specialist (Equipment Design and Development) (OTB), Project Development Coordinator Trainee, Chemist Trainee, Geologist Trainee, Physicist Trainee, Planner Trainee, and Urban Designer Trainee, subject to existing contracts, if any.
