RU-828-81 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the title of Foreman of Traffic Device Maintainers should be added, by accretion, to Certification No. 67-78 (as amended), presently covering various stock, custodial, inspection, maintenance, skilled crafts, and related titles, including Foreman (Traffic Device Maintenance); NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 67-78 (as amended) be, and the same hereby is further amended to include the title of Foreman of Traffic Device Maintainers, subject to existing contracts, if any.
