RU-823-81 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the titles of Quality Assurance Specialist and Associate Quality Assurance Specialist (both including all specialties) should be added, by accretion, to Certification No. 64-78 (as amended by Decision No. 20-79), covering a residual unit, including various Purchase Inspection titles; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 64-78 (as amended) be, and the same hereby is further amended to include the titles of Quality Assurance Specialist and Associate Quality Assurance Specialist (both including all specialties), subject to existing contracts, if any.
