RU-820-81 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS -----------------------------------x ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the titles of Laboratory Microbiologist and Associate Laboratory Microbiologist should be added, by accretion, to Certification CWR-23/67 (as amended by Decisions 24-71, 13-72 and 56-74), presently covering Junior Bacteriologist, Microbiologist, and related titles, the cited Certification being held by the Union; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification CWR-23/67 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the titles of Laboratory Microbiologist and Associate Laboratory Microbiologist, subject to existing contracts, if any.
