Moreover, our investigation shows that the petitioned titles are vacant and obsolete. Accordingly, we shall grant the Citys petitions. ORDER NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that the above-listed certifications be, and the same hereby are, further amended by deleting therefrom the indicated titles, subject to existing contracts, if any.
