RU-720B-79 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS ---------------------------------X DECISION AND ORDER On August 28, 1979, Civil Service Technical Guild, Local 375, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, filed a petition (RU-720-79), seeking to add various Engineering Intern and Architect Intern titles to Certification No. 26-78 (as previously amended), covering various engineering, scientific, and related titles. The City's Office of Municipal Labor Relations (OMLR) objected to that portion of the petition which concerned the titles of Architect Intern and Landscape Architect Intern, contending that these titles did not exist. Accordingly we granted that portion of the petition
Decision No. 7-80 2 Docket No. RU-720B-79 which concerned the Engineering Intern titles and severed the remainder of the petition in order to allow a reasonable time for such action to be taken.” (Decision No. 26-79).
