Decision No. 5-80 2 Docket No. RU-718-79 DETERMINED that Certificate No. 5 NYCDL No. 77 includes Patrolmen/Policewomen designated as Field Training Specialist, Technical Skills Specialist, Crime Prevention Specialist, Community Affairs Specialist, and Field Services Specialist in the Police Department of the City of New York, and it is further CERTIFIED that the Detectives Endowment Association of the City of New York is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of employees in Certification No. 5 NYCDL No. 77, subject to existing contracts, if any.
