RU-787-80 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS ----------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the titles of Speech Clinician, Audiology Clinician, Speech Pathologist (Health), Audiologist (Health), Staff Speech Pathologist, Staff Audiologist, and Supervising Speech Pathologist should be added to Certification No. 28-78 (as amended by Decisions 3-80, 22-80 and 31-80), presently covering various health-related titles, including Audiologist and Speech and Hearing Therapist; And it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that a majority of the employees in the requested titles have authorized checkoff of dues in behalf of Local 768, D.C. 37, AFSCME; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 28-78 (as amended) be, and the same hereby is further amended to include the titles of Speech Clinician, Audiology Clinician, Speech Pathologist (Health), Audiologist (Health),
