RU-736-80 -and- RU-753-80 RU-764-80 DISTRICT COUNCIL 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS. ---------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION An election having been conducted in the above matter on October 14, 1980, pursuant to the Direction of Election herein (Decision No. 27-80), and it appearing from the Report Upon Secret Ballot that a majority of the Supervisors of Building Maintenance and General Supervisors of Building Maintenance casting valid ballots in said election have voted for representation by Civil Service Technical Guild, Local 375, AFSCME, AFL-CIO (hereinafter CSTG); and no objections having been filed within the time provided therefor; And Decision No. 27-80 having further provided that, in the event of such a vote, these employees should be added to CSTG’s “engineering and related” unit (Certification No. 26-781 as amended);
Decision No. 33-80 2 Docket Nos. RU-736-80, RU-753-80 & RU-764-80 NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 26-78 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the titles of Supervisor of Building Maintenance (Construction), (Electrical), and (Mechanical); and General Supervisor of Building Maintenance (same specialties), subject to existing contracts, if any.
