RU-756-80 ASSOCIATION -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS --------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the Law Department titles of Student Legal Assistant and Student Legal Specialist should be added, by accretion, to Certification CWR-44/67 (as amended by Decisions 83-73, 11-74, 1-75, 52-75, 57-75 and 35-77), presently covering various attorney and related titles, including Student Legal Assistant in various District Attorneys’ Offices; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification CWR-44/67 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is further amended to include the Law Department titles of Student Legal Assistant and Student Legal Specialist, subject to existing contracts, if any.
