RE-108-80 COMMUNICATIONS WORKERS OF AMERICA, AFL-CIO -------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION On January 30, 1980, the Office of Municipal Labor Relations of the City of New York filed its petition herein, requesting that the Board of Certification designate as managerial or confidential employees those Associate Traffic Enforcement Agents who are serving as Director of Programs and Policy, Director of office of Operations, Director of Office of Inspections, and Director of Office of Personnel and Administration in the Department of Transportations Bureau of Traffic Operations; And notice of this petition having been published in The City Record on March 5, 1980, and posted on the employees bulletin boards on April 16, 1980; And the certified union having stated that it has no objection to this petition; and no objections having been received from the affected employees; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby

RE-108-80 ORDERED that the employees described above be, and they hereby are, designated as managerial or confidential employees and are excluded from the unit in Certification No. 26-74 (as amended by Decision No. 3-79).
