RU-698-78 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS - - - — — — — — - — - - - - - - - X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the board, that the titles of Respiratory Therapy Technician Trainee, Respiratory Therapy Technician, and Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician should be added, by accretion, to Certification No. 62D-75 (as amended by Decisions 32-77 and 2-79), presently covering various medical, hospital and laboratory tech-including Respiratory Therapist, the cited Certification jointly by the unions; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED,that Certification No. 62D-75(as amended) be and the same hereby is further amended to include the titles of Respiratory Therapy Technician Trainee, Respiratory Therapy Technician, and Certified Respiratory Technician, subject to existing contracts, if any.
