RU-697-78 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYEES --------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that title of Urban Planning Assistant (CETA) should be added, by accretion, to Certification 26-78 (as amended by Decisions 45-78, 45A-78 and 50-78, presently covering various engineering, planning ,scientific, inspectorial, and related titles; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining. Law it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 26-78 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the title of Urban Planning Assistant (CETA), subject to existing contracts, if any.
