RU-716-79 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS ----------------------------------X On July 17, 1979, District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, filed its petition herein, seeking to add the title of Associate Management Auditor to Certification No. 46D-75 (as amended), covering various accounting, statistical, and computer-related titles, including Management Auditor and Management Auditor Trainee. The City's Office of municipal Labor Relations, which had originally opposed this petition on the ground that the petitioned title was managerial, has now withdrawn its objection. As there is no longer any dispute regarding the status of the employee in this title, and it appears to the satisfaction of the Board that the requested unit is appropriate, and that accretion is proper in this case, we shall grant the petition.

Docket No. RU-716-79 0 R D E R NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 46D-75 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the title of Associate Management Auditor, subject to existing contracts, if any.
