RU-721-79 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS ----------------------------------X DECISION AND ORDER The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the rent examining and rent inspection titles in Certification No. 37-78 (as amended) 1 should be transferred to Certification No. 46K-75 (as amended), 2 both of the cited Certifications being held by District Council 37; And it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that certain titles in Certification No. 37-78 should be deleted therefrom because they are obsolete and vacant, and certain title code numbers should be added or changed, and the parties having no objection to such deletions and changes; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby 1 Certification No. 37-78 covers a social service, business inspection, and related unit, consisting of approximately two hundred titles. 2 Certification No. 46K-75 covers a real estate-related unit, consisting of forty titles.
Decision No. 22-79 2 Docket No. RU-721-79 ORDERED that Certification No. 37-78 (as amended by Decisions 52-78, 60-78, 62-78, 6-79, 11-79 and 18-79) be, and the same hereby is, further amended by deleting therefrom the titles so listed in the Appendix to this Decision; and it is further ORDERED that Certification No. 46K-75 (as amended by Decisions 8-76 and 27-78) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the titles so listed in the Appendix to this Decision, subject to existing contracts, if any.
