RU-174-79 -and- THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS ------------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the new titles of Senior Mortuary Technician and Principal Mortuary Technician should be substituted for the reclassified titles of Senior Mortuary Caretaker and Principal Mortuary Caretaker in Certifi- cation No. 64-78, and that the obsolete title of Specification Analyst should be deleted therefrom; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 64-78 be, and the same hereby is, amended by substituting the new titles of Senior Mortuary Technician and Principal Mortuary Technician for the obsolete titles of Senior Mortuary Caretaker and Principal Mortuary Caretaker, and by deleting the obsolete title of Specification Analyst, subject to existing contracts if any.
