RU-708-79 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS -----------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties herto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the titles of Multiple Dwelling Specialist (Buildings) and Principal Multiple Dwelling Specialist (Buildings) should be added, by accertion, to Certification No. 71-73 (as amended by Decisions 74-74 and 22-76), presently covering various building inspection and related titles; NOW, THERFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 71-73 (as previously amended) be, and the same herby is further amended to include the titles of Multiple Dwelling Specialist (Buildings) and Principal Multiple Dwelling Specialist (Buildings), subject to existing contracts, if any.
