RU-703-79 -and- THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS ---------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the title of Machinist's Helper (CETA) should be added, by accretion, to Certification No. 54-70 (as amended by Decisions 64-71, 36-73, 44-75, 36-77, 15-78 and 35-78), presently covering various automotive trades and related titles, including Machinist's Helper; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 54-70 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is further amended to include the title of Machinist's Helper (CETA), subject to existing contracts, if any.
