RU-688-78 ------------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the new specialty title of Marine oiler (Ferry Operations) should be added, by accretion, to Certification No. 44-76, presently covering various marine titles, including Marine Oiler [in the Transportation Administration * only]; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 44-76 be, and the same, hereby is, further amended to include the title of Marine Oiler (Ferry Operations), subject to existing contracts, if any.
