RU-675-78 THE CITY OF NEW YOM AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS --------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the title of Supervising Foreman of Linemen and Cable Slicers should be added, by accretion, to Certification No. 15-71 (as amended by Decision No. 41-78), presently covering various electrical trades and related titles, including Foreman Lineman and Foreman Cable Splicer; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant, to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 15-71 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the title of Supervising Foreran of Linemen and Cable Splicers, subject to existing contracts, if any.
