RU-667-78 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS -----------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the title of Senior Salvage Appraiser should be added to Certification No. 20-78, covering a residual unit, including Salvage Appraiser; And it further appearing to the satisfaction of the Board that the one Senior Salvage Appraiser has authorized check-off of dues in behalf of Petitioner; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 20-78 be, and the same hereby is, amended to include the title of Senior Salvage Appraiser, subject to existing contracts, if any.
