RU-653-78 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS ----------------------------------X DECISION AND ORDER CONSOLIDATING CERTIFICATIONS On March 20, 1978, Local 300, The Civil Service Forum, S.E.I.U., AFL-CIO, filed its petition herein, requesting the consolidation of the following certifications: Certification No. 72-73 Aqueduct Patrolman Aqueduct Sergeant Aqueduct Captain Certification No. 58C-76 (as amended by Decision No. 22-77) Various levels of Fingerprint Technicians, Buyers, Purchase Inspectors, Auditors of Accounts, Bookbinders and related titles. The Citys Office of Municipal Labor Relations states that it has no objection to this petition. Our investigation shows that such a consolidation would constitute a residual unit which would be appropriate for collective bargaining purposes. 0 R D E R NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
Decision No. 20-78 2 Docket No. RU-653-78 ORDERED that Certification No. 72-73 and Certification No. 58C-76 (as amended) be, and the same hereby are, combined and consolidated so as to constitute one bargaining unit (to be cited by the present Decision Number), consisting of the titles set forth in the Appendix to this order; and it is hereby CERTIFIED that Local 300, the Civil Service Forum, S.E.I.U., AFL-CIO is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all employees in the consolidated unit, subject to existing contracts, if any.
