PU-651-78 -and-THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS ---------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The Union having moved, pursuant to Rule 2.19 of the Consolidated Rules of the Office of Collective Bargaining, for amendment of its Certification No. 46F-75 (as previously amended by Decisions 47-75, 53-75, 3-76, 9-76, 28-76, 40-76, 57-76, 2-77, 25-77, 27-77, and 28-77), covering various health service titles, to reflect the alleged title change of Doctors Associate (CETA) to Physicians Assistant (CETA); and No objection to the motion having been filed within the time provided therefor; and Our investigation having confirmed Petitioners allegations; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
Decision No. 17-78 2 Docket No. RU-651-78 ORDERED that the title of Physicians Assistant (CETA) be, and the same hereby is substituted for the title of Doctors Associate (CETA) in Certification No. 46F-75 (as previously amended), subject to existing contracts, if any.
