RU-640A-78 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS ----------------------------------X CLARIFICATION OF DECISION On March 29, 1978, we issued our Decision No. 11-78 herein, which, in pertinent part, added certain new computer-related titles to Certification No. 46D-75 (as amended) and deleted certain titles apparently rendered obsolete as a result of reclassification (“broadbanding”). By letter dated April 27, 1978, the City’s Office of Municipal Labor Relations, on behalf of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, requested clarification of that Decision, pointing out that certain of the titles which were reclassified with respect to employees of agencies under the jurisdiction of the City Personnel Director, continued to be used for employees of the Corporation.
Decision No. 11A-78 2 Docket No. RU-640A-78 Therefore, since it was the Board’s intent to delete only obsolete titles, it is hereby ORDERED that the five deleted titles which are not obsolete are hereby restored to Certification No. 46D-75. The restored titles are Computer Programming Trainee, Senior Computer Programmer, Computer Systems Analyst, Senior Computer Systems Analyst, and Senior Computer Operator.
