RU-623-77 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS --------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the title of Park Service Worker (CETA) should be added, by accretion, to Certification No. 461-75 (as amended by Decisions 27-76 and 21-77), presently covering various parks and public works titles; and that the obsolete and vacant title of Park Worker (CETA) should be deleted from Certification No. 46G-75 (as amended by Decisions 47-75, 59-75, 28-76 and 8-77), covering various custodial and related titles; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 461-75 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the title of Park Service Worker (CETA), subject to existing contracts, if any; and it is further
