RE-83-77 UNIFORMED SANITATIONMEN’S ASSOCIATION, LOCAL 831, INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF TEAMSTERS --------------------------------X O R D E R The parties hereto having stipulated, in writing, that the two positions of Sanitation Man found managerial and/or confidential in Decision No. 19-75 are no longer employed in the labor relations office of the Department of Sanitation and, consequently, are not now assigned confidential duties within the meaning of Section 1173-4.1 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that the two positions of Sanitation Man and their incumbents be, and they hereby are, deleted from the list of managerial and/or confidential titles on page 2 of Appendix B (Agency Labor Relations Units) of Decision No. 19-75, so that these employees are again included in
