RU-613-77 THE CITY OF NEW YORK AND RELATED PUBLIC EMPLOYERS ---------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the title of Registered Professional Nurse (CETA) should be added, by accretion, to Certification No. 73-73 (as amended by Decisions 3-74 and 64-74) presently covering various nursing titles, the cited Certification being held by the Union; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 73-73 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to include the title of Registered Professional Nurse (CETA), subject to existing contracts, if any.
