These titles and certifications, all represented by District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, are as follows: JOP title Certification No. and Unit Project Services Aide 46A-75 (as amended) social service and related Office Typist 46C-75 (as amended) Secretarial Aide clerical and related Account Aide 46D-75 (as amended) accounting and related. The affected Union has received due notice, and no objections have been filed. Moreover, our investigation shows that the petitioned titles are vacant. Accordingly, we shall grant the City's petition,
Decision NO. 23-77 2 Docket No. RE-81-77 0 R D E R NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. 46A-75 (as amended by Decisions 47-75, 7-76, 28-76, 32-76, 36-76, 46-76 and 51-76) be, and the same hereby is, further amended by deleting therefrom the title of Project Services Aide (JOP), subject to existing contracts, if any; and it is further ORDERED that Certification No. 46C-75 (as amended by Decisions 47-75, 2-76, 17-76, 28-76, 33-76, 34-76, 39-76, 13-77 and 20-77) be, and the same hereby is, further amended by deleting therefrom the titles of Office Typist (JOP) and Secretarial Aide (JOP), subject to existing contracts, if any; and it is further ORDERED that Certification No. 46D-75 (as amended by Decisions 47-75, 53-75, 58-75 and 38-76) be, and the same hereby is, further amended by deleting therefrom the title of Account Aide (JOP), subject to existing contracts, if any.
