(Petitioner) filed its petition herein, seeking to add the title of Paralegal Aide to Certification CWR-44/67 (as amended), presently covering various attorney and related titles. The City’s Office of Municipal Labor Relations opposed this petition on the ground of inappropriateness of unit sought, urging that the petitioned title “be included in a unit with other nonprofessionals.” District Council 37, AFSCME, AFL-CIO (Intervenor) later filed an application, which we grant, to intervene herein, on the ground that the petitioned title should be added to Certification No. 46C-75 (as amended), covering
Decision No. 20-77 2 Docket No. RU-599-77 various clerical and related titles. Petitioner then sought to withdraw its petition; we approve the withdrawal. The City “does not oppose” the intervention and, in fact, supports the request to add the petitioned title to-the-clerical unit in Certification No. 46C-75, “as that unit appears to be the most appropriate one As there is no longer any dispute, and it appears to the satisfaction of the Board that the unit urged by Intervenor is appropriate, and a majority of the employees in the Intervenor’s unit, as amended herein, have authorized dues check-off in behalf of Intervenor, we shall add the Paralegal Aides to Certification No. 46C-75 (as amended by Decisions 47-75, 2-76, 17-76, 28-76, 33-76, 34-76, 39-76 and 13-77). 0 R D E R NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby
