RU-594-77 -AND-THE CITY OF NEW YORK --------------------------------X ORDER AMENDING CERTIFICATION The parties hereto having agreed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Board, that the title of Inspector (Highways and Sewers) (CETA) should be added, by accretion, to Certification MR-27/64, presently covering Inspector (Highways and Sewers) and Senior Inspector (Highways and 1 Sewers); 1 NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby 1 Certification MR-27/64, issued to Petitioner by the Department of Labor in 1964, covered employees-in the titles of Inspector of Borough Works and Senior Inspector of Borough Works. These employees were reclassified in 1965, by City Civil Service Commission resolution No. 65-45, to Inspector (Highways and Sewers) and Senior Inspector (Highways and Sewers), respectively.
DECISION NO 10.77 2 DOCKET NO. RU-594-77 ORDERED that Certification MR-27/64 be, and the same hereby is amended to include the title of Inspector (Highways and Sewers) (CETA), subject to existing contracts, if any; and, as amended, such certification shall be cited as the captioned decision number.
