Notice of this motion was given to the public, and no objections were filed. Upon investigation, the Board is satisfied that it should grant the motion. See 144 Division of 1199 NHHSEU, SEIU, 62 OCB 9, at 1 (BOC 1998) (amending certification to reflect the name of the

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law (New York City Administrative Code, Title 12, Chapter 3), it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. CWR 23/67 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to reflect that the certificate holder has changed its name to 1199 SEIU United Healthcare Workers East.
