Certification No. CWR 23/67 includes titles such as Laboratory Associate, Laboratory Microbiologist, and Associate Laboratory

The Board of Certification is satisfied that no evidence was presented to rebut HHC’s assertion that Clinical Laboratory Technicians and Clinical Laboratory Technologists have a sufficient community of interest with the members of the certified bargaining unit. NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers vested in the Board of Certification by the New York City Collective Bargaining Law (New York City Administrative Code, Title 12, Chapter 3), it is hereby ORDERED that Certification No. CWR 23/67 (as previously amended) be, and the same hereby is, further amended to add the titles Clinical Laboratory Technician, Levels I and II (Title Code Nos. 971110 and 971120), and Clinical Laboratory Technologist, Levels I, II, III, IV, and V (Title Code Nos. 971210, 971220, 971230, 971240, and 971250), subject to existing contracts, if any.
