R-54-67 -and-DECISION NO. 9-68 Local 237, I.B.T. -and-The City of New York ------------------------------ x CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE An election having been conducted in the above matter on April 27, 1968 pursuant to the Direction of Election and it appearing from the Report Upon Secret Ballot that a collective bargaining representative has been selected, and no objections having been filed by any of the parties within the time provided therefor, NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of the New York City Collective Bargaining Law, it is hereby CERTIFIED, that Local 3, I.B.E.W., AFL-CIO, having been designated and selected as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining by a majority of the employees casting valid ballots in the election, said Local 3, I.B.E.W., AFL-CIO is the exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining of all Inspectors of Fire Alarm Boxes employed by the City of New York.
